Here is another beautiful rose from my mom's collection! :) This one smells wonderful! It looks like velvet! This one is named "Mister Lincoln" by the grower. I wonder how they come up with these names??
Hmm... the funny thing is - my mom can only seem to remember the names of the roses named for presidents.

Edit 1/19/05: Extra special big time thank yous to She saw this in my scraps and took pity on it... Rosie is the talent in this picture - she did the wonderful B+W and borders. You should visit her gallery as she is a very talented girl! :D

Beautiful...Mr. Lincoln is my absolute favorite rose it has such a classic smell and look. Too bad its not as hardy as some other roses.
