Create-a-Pin 2005 Entry

At Disney parks pin trading and collecting is very popular -- and it can be fun! As a Cast Member, we have a contest to create a pin -- the winner gets their design made into a pin that they will sell. I thought this might be fun, so I tried my hand at it.

This is what I came up with. While working in the Tomorrowland pin shop (and I rarely do) I had a guest ask me if there was a pin for the fireworks. I told her no - that they did not make one. So there was my idea!! "Remember ... Dreams Come True" is the name of our fireworks show.

I did this entirely on Photoshop 7. Tinkerbell was a .gif I found on Google and the fireworks are a cool brush my friend gave me when I couldn't find one The castle part is all me -- I traced a photo on my tablet I wasn't going to submit this, but figured why not... it shows I have been doing something!

***EDIT 2/11/06*** - Well -- the winners were announced - and I didn't win. There were over 100 entries! That's ok - it was a great experience, and I will try it again next time! It was still fun!
